Il n’y actuellement pas les lois sur archeo-lex.fr (juste les codes), donc pas possible de lier, mais quand ça deviendra possible (c’est prévu) ça pourrait être ajouté. En fait la prochaine version du site Archéo Lex s’appuiera sur des URL ELI, que Légifrance supporte aussi pour les lois depuis ~2014, donc indiquer l’URL ELI pourra permettre d’obtenir la ressource soit depuis Légifrance soit Archéo Lex.

La partie locale d’une URL ELI ressemble à eli/loi/2020/2/5/EAEJ1828238L/jo/texte ou eli/loi/2020/2/5/2020-86/jo/texte pour cette loi et on peut placer devant le nom de domaine https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr (et à terme https://archeo-lex.fr). Je dis qu’on peut placer devant le nom de domaine, mais je sais pas si c’est une liberté que je prends vis-à-vis de la norme ou si c’est réellement “autorisé”.

Plus de détails sur ELI sur le site de la Commission européenne ou http://www.eli.fr pour l’adaptation au droit français (notamment la partie Documentation).

Si tu veux faire un lien permanent vers Légifrance, il te faut forcément passer par les ELI, soit avec le NOR, soit avec l’identifiant AAAA-NN (et la date de l’acte dans les deux cas). Légifrance ne supporte les ELI que pour les textes “récents”, les anciens ne sont pas accessibles par ce moyen (ça doit être validé manuellement j’imagine) et il n’y a aucune URL standard pour les anciens (il faut forcément la base de données avec les identifiants internes JORFTEXT).
